What was the highlight of Carbon Hotel Genk
« Un très bon séjour à Genk bien que marqué par quelques petites imperfections. »
Idéal pour un week-end de détente avec spa. La chambre est très spacieuse et très confortable, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée et nuit. L'insonorisation est parfaite, nous avons à peine remarqué la fin des concerts de Genk on Stage (un week-end par an:). L'emplacement en face de la gare est optimal et super accessible.
La porte qui ne se fermait pas "automatiquement" derrière nous sans la refermer nous-mêmes (cela a normalement été transmis à la réception à l'issue de notre séjour); La baignoire qui était bouchée et qui se vidait (très) lentement; Certains points de propreté qui étaient un peu manqué - un cheveu noir dans la douche, un long cheveu noir dans le lit (à noter qu'il ne s'agit pas des notres, nous sommes blonds ^^); ainsi qu'un dafalgan que nous avons retrouvé par terre à notre arrivée.; Il est également dommage de ne pas avoir de bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau autrement qu'avec la machine à café (ça fonctionne plus ou moins mais cela donne quand même un goût de café à l'eau);

Bel emplacement car c’était pas loin de mon lieux de rendez-vous, je n’ai malheureusement pas pris de petit déjeuner mais un dîner, le Personnel du restaurant super sympathique
Réceptionniste hautaine mais vraiment super implolie, la blonde qui a travaillé le 18/04 dans la matinée Pas d’eau dans les chambre à boire non mais attendez on paye 350€ pour 2 nuit même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte? Incroyable
